All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in Miami, FL on weekdays. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.  

Every dress is fitted with a security ribbon. If the ribbon is tampered with or removed, the garment will not be eligible for return.

Returns are accepted within 30 days.

Please advise the care label attached inside of the garment for reference.
